A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, provide a representative list of those works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material, such as the relevant profile URL, page URL, image URL, or other identifying information.

The U.S. Copyright Office identifies these elements as part of the statutory notification process under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

How We Handle Valid Notices

When we receive a sufficiently complete copyright complaint, we may review the reported material and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported material.

We may request additional information when a notice does not contain enough information to identify the copyrighted work or the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notifications

If material was removed or access was disabled because of a copyright complaint, the affected party may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.

A counter-notification should identify the material that was removed or disabled and include the information and statements required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access where appropriate, including in cases involving repeated or serious copyright infringement.

Misrepresentation
