1. Adult-only eligibility

SextingFinder ("the Platform") is an adult-only social discovery and profile directory. It is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, or that content involving a minor has been posted, that account and content will be removed and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

2. What the Platform is

The Platform lets registered users create public profiles that list a username on a third-party messaging app (Kik, Snapchat, or Telegram) so that other adult visitors can discover and contact them on that external app. The Platform itself does not host private messaging, does not verify the identity of any user or profile, and is not affiliated with Kik, Snapchat, Telegram, or any other third-party service referenced in a listing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Create, upload, or link to content involving anyone under 18 years of age, in any form.
• Post non-consensual intimate content, or content you do not have the rights to share.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Post content that is illegal, exploitative, or facilitates illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to defraud another user.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security, rate limiting, or moderation systems.
• Use automated means to scrape, spam, or manipulate profile listings, credits, or Featured ranking.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the profile information, images, and any other content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not violate these Terms. You retain ownership of your content, but grant the Platform a license to display it as part of the service (e.g. on profile pages, directory listings, and Featured placements).

5. Moderation, reporting, and enforcement

Any user may report a profile they believe violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators, who may take action including editing visibility, suspending, or removing a profile or account. We reserve the right to remove any content or account, at our discretion, that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to other users — with or without prior notice.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account for violating these Terms, providing false information (including about your age), or for any conduct we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to the Platform or its users. A suspended or banned account loses access to the Platform, including any listed profiles, credit balance, and active Featured campaigns; suspension/ban does not entitle you to a refund or credit reimbursement.

7. Credits and Featured placements

The Platform currently operates on a free credit system — credits are granted to registered users at no cost (including a periodic free allowance) and may be spent to purchase a time-limited "Featured" placement that increases a profile's visibility in the directory. There is currently no way to purchase credits with real money, and the Platform does not process payments. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, transferred between accounts, or refunded. Featured placement ordering and duration are determined by the Platform and may change at any time. If paid credit purchases are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly before that feature becomes available.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the identity, age, or intentions of any user beyond the age confirmation described in our Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for interactions that occur on third-party apps linked from a profile. You use the Platform, and any external app you are directed to, at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any interaction with another user or a third-party app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — to be provided]. Age and identity verification requirements may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which you access the Platform, and it is your responsibility to comply with local law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
