Terms of Service

1. Adult-only eligibility

SextingFinder is strictly intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher, to access, register for, browse, or use the Platform.

By using SextingFinder, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have reached the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted to use an adult-oriented online service in your jurisdiction.
• Any age information you provide to the Platform is truthful and accurate.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using SextingFinder in any capacity.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, or that content involving a minor has been uploaded, posted, or linked through the Platform, we may immediately remove the account and content and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

2. What SextingFinder is

SextingFinder is an adult-only social discovery and profile directory.

Registered users may create public profiles containing information such as:

• Username or handle.
• Supported third-party messaging application.
• Age.
• Gender.
• Sexual orientation.
• Profile description.
• Profile images.
• Other information permitted by the Platform.

The purpose of these profiles is to allow adult visitors to discover profiles and, where applicable, contact users through third-party messaging services.

SextingFinder itself:

• Does not provide private messaging between users.
• Does not act as a messaging service.
• Does not verify the identity of profile owners.
• Does not independently guarantee the accuracy of profile information.
• Does not guarantee that a listed username belongs to the person represented by the profile.
• Is not responsible for communications occurring on third-party services.

SextingFinder may reference third-party services such as Kik, Snapchat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms. Such references do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with those services.

3. User accounts

Certain features of SextingFinder require registration.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Keeping your account information reasonably up to date.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Not sharing your account credentials with others.

You must not create an account for another person without authorization or create accounts for the purpose of abusing, manipulating, or circumventing Platform restrictions.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SextingFinder only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Create, upload, publish, distribute, or link to content involving anyone under 18 years of age, in any form.
• Upload or distribute sexual or intimate content involving minors.
• Post non-consensual intimate content.
• Upload or share content without having the necessary rights or permission to do so.
• Impersonate another person.
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation.
• Create misleading profiles intended to deceive other users.
• Post content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, or facilitates illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
• Attempt to defraud, scam, or financially exploit another user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or Platform system.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, authentication, moderation, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated systems to collect or manipulate Platform data without authorization.
• Spam users or manipulate profile visibility, rankings, credits, Featured placements, impressions, clicks, or other Platform metrics.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may take action against any account or content that we reasonably believe violates these rules.

5. User-generated content

Users may submit profile information, images, descriptions, usernames, links, and other content ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit and display the content.
2. The content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. The content does not violate these Terms.
4. The content does not violate applicable law.

You retain ownership of User Content that you submit.

However, by submitting User Content to SextingFinder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Platform.

This may include displaying your content on:

• Your public profile.
• Directory pages.
• Search and discovery pages.
• Featured placements.
• Other Platform pages and features.

We may resize, crop, compress, format, or otherwise technically modify content where reasonably necessary for Platform functionality.

We may remove or restrict User Content at any time when we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates a risk to users or the Platform.

6. Content moderation

SextingFinder may use a combination of automated systems, administrative review, user reports, and other moderation processes to identify potentially prohibited content or activity.

However, we do not guarantee that all prohibited content or violations will be detected.

Users should not assume that the presence of a profile or content means that SextingFinder has verified or endorsed it.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content.
• Restrict content visibility.
• Disable profiles.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently ban accounts.
• Restrict Platform features.
• Preserve information where reasonably necessary.
• Report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

We may take enforcement action with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances.

7. Reporting violations

Users may report profiles or content that they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports should be submitted through the Platform's available reporting functionality where possible.

Reports may be reviewed by Platform administrators.

We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or other enforcement action. Decisions may depend on the available evidence, applicable law, Platform policies, and other relevant circumstances.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account if we believe that the account or its activity:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates applicable law.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Misrepresents age or identity.
• Contains prohibited content.
• Abuses Platform functionality.
• Attempts to manipulate credits or Featured rankings.
• Attempts to circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Creates a security, legal, or safety risk.
• Harms or threatens other users or the Platform.

Upon suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, profiles, credits, Featured placements, and other Platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suspension or termination does not create an entitlement to compensation, reimbursement, or credit reimbursement.

9. Credits

SextingFinder currently operates a free credit system.

Credits may be granted to registered users at no cost, including through periodic free allowances.

Credits may be used for eligible Platform features, including Featured profile placements.

At the current time:

• Credits cannot be purchased with real money.
• SextingFinder does not currently process payments for credits.
• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credits cannot be sold or traded.
• Credits are not refundable.
• Credits may expire or be removed according to Platform rules.

The amount, frequency, eligibility, expiration, and other conditions of free credits may be changed by SextingFinder at any time.

10. Featured placements

SextingFinder may allow users to spend credits to place eligible profiles in a Featured section or otherwise increase their visibility within the Platform.

Featured placement:

• Is time-limited.
• Does not guarantee a particular number of views.
• Does not guarantee clicks, contacts, messages, or interactions.
• Does not guarantee a particular position at all times.
• May be subject to exposure, ranking, eligibility, or moderation rules.

Featured ordering and ranking mechanisms may change at any time.

SextingFinder may modify, pause, discontinue, or replace the Featured system at its discretion.

11. Future paid services

SextingFinder currently does not offer real-money purchases of credits or Featured placements.

If paid services are introduced in the future, the Platform may update these Terms and publish applicable pricing, payment, cancellation, refund, and other purchase-related policies before those services become available.

Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation for SextingFinder to introduce paid services.

12. Third-party services

Profiles may contain usernames, handles, or links associated with third-party messaging platforms or other external services.

These services are operated independently by third parties.

SextingFinder does not control:

• Third-party service availability.
• Third-party account policies.
• Third-party moderation.
• Third-party privacy practices.
• Communications occurring on third-party services.
• Actions taken by third-party service providers.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

SextingFinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kik, Snapchat, Telegram, or other third-party services referenced on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13. User interactions and safety

SextingFinder provides a discovery directory and does not guarantee that interactions between users will be safe, legitimate, consensual, or suitable.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when interacting with people discovered through the Platform.

You should not share sensitive personal information with strangers and should report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or potentially illegal activity through the appropriate Platform reporting channels or to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Any interaction you have with another user, whether on SextingFinder or a third-party service, is undertaken at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will always be available.
• The Platform will operate without interruption.
• The Platform will be error-free.
• Profile information will be accurate or complete.
• Users will behave honestly or lawfully.
• User identities or ages will be independently verified.
• Content will always remain available.
• Featured placement will produce a particular level of exposure.
• The Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities or malicious activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SextingFinder and its operators, owners, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This includes damages or losses arising from:

• Interactions with other users.
• User-generated content.
• Third-party messaging services.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or content.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions.
• Account suspension or termination.
• Loss or expiration of credits.
• Loss of Featured placement.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SextingFinder and its operators, owners, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your interactions with other users or third-party services.

17. Privacy

Your use of SextingFinder is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and handled when you use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Age, identity, content, privacy, consumer protection, and other legal requirements may vary depending on the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the Platform.

Your continued use of SextingFinder after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and SextingFinder regarding your use of the Platform.

They supersede prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
