1. Account information

When you register for a SextingFinder account, we collect information necessary to create and operate your account, which may include:

• Email address.
• Chosen username.
• Password.
• Account role.
• Account status.
• Email verification status.

Your password is never stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed before being stored in our database.

Platform administrators and staff do not have access to your password in readable form.

Account status, verification status, and account role are managed by the Platform and may be used to control access to features and enforce our Terms of Service.

2. Public profile information

If you create a profile, information you choose to submit may be publicly visible to visitors of the Platform.

Public profile information may include:

• Selected messaging application, such as Kik, Snapchat, or Telegram.
• Username or handle associated with that application.
• Age.
• Gender.
• Sexual orientation.
• Profile description.
• Tags.
• Avatar image.
• Gallery images.

Only information that you choose to submit to a profile is displayed publicly.

Your account email address is not publicly displayed as part of your profile.

You should carefully consider what information you choose to publish because public profile information may be viewed or copied by other people.

3. Uploaded media

If you upload avatar or gallery images to a profile, those images are stored using an S3-compatible object storage service.

Uploaded media may be served through the storage provider's infrastructure or domain.

When you delete an image through the Platform, the Platform requests removal of that image from the associated object storage.

However, previously cached, copied, downloaded, or externally reproduced versions of an image may continue to exist outside the Platform and are not under our control.

4. Usage and activity information

We collect certain activity information that is necessary to operate and secure Platform functionality.

Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include:

• Last login time.
• Featured campaign information.
• Aggregate Featured campaign impressions.
• Aggregate Featured campaign view duration.
• Aggregate Featured campaign clicks.
• Credit transactions associated with your account.

Featured campaign statistics are used to operate and improve the Featured system.

The Platform's current Featured statistics are designed as aggregate campaign metrics and are not intended to identify individual visitors who viewed or clicked a campaign.

5. Analytics and tracking

The Platform may use essential technical functionality necessary to operate the website.

At the time this Privacy Policy was last updated, SextingFinder does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

If analytics, advertising, marketing, or other third-party tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe those technologies and their purposes before or when they are introduced, as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

SextingFinder uses authentication cookies to keep registered users securely signed in.

These may include:

• An access-token cookie.
• A refresh-token cookie.

Authentication cookies are configured as HttpOnly, meaning they cannot be directly accessed by JavaScript running on a webpage.

These cookies are used for authentication and are sent to the Platform's own backend as necessary to maintain your session.

We do not use authentication cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.

7. Local storage and age confirmation

The Platform uses browser local storage to remember that a visitor has completed the site's age confirmation step.

This information is stored locally in your browser and is used to prevent the age confirmation prompt from appearing repeatedly.

The age-confirmation value stored in local storage is not sent to our servers as part of normal Platform functionality.

Clearing your browser's local storage may cause the age confirmation prompt to appear again.

8. Security and logging

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the Platform.

Current security measures include:

• Password hashing.
• Authentication controls.
• Authentication endpoint rate limiting.
• Server-side authorization checks.
• Account status controls.
• Administrative access controls.
• Internal audit logging for administrative actions.

Administrative actions involving accounts, profiles, media, reports, credits, and moderation may be recorded in internal audit logs.

These logs are used to help maintain security, investigate abuse, and maintain accountability for administrative actions.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through unauthorized activity.

9. Reports and moderation information

If you submit a report about a profile or media item, we may store:

• The reason for the report.
• Any optional description you provide.
• Your account as the reporting user.
• The reported profile or media item.
• The report status or outcome.
• Administrative information related to the resolution of the report.

Reports are used for moderation, safety, enforcement, and abuse prevention.

Report information is intended for internal administrative use and is not publicly displayed.

We may disclose or preserve information related to reports where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.

10. Wallet and credit information

SextingFinder currently provides a free credit system.

We may store information such as:

• Current credit balance.
• Credit grants.
• Credits spent on Featured placements.
• Credit expiration information where applicable.
• Administrative credit adjustments.
• Other credit ledger transactions necessary to operate the Platform.

No real-money payments currently

SextingFinder does not currently process real-money payments for credits or Featured placements.

Therefore, the Platform currently does not collect payment-card information, bank-account information, billing addresses, or similar payment information for credit purchases.

If paid services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant payment processing and data practices.

11. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and maintain appropriate records.

Deleting a profile removes the profile from public visibility.

Certain associated records may be retained internally after profile deletion where reasonably necessary for:

• Moderation history.
• Abuse prevention.
• Security.
• Legal compliance.
• Credit and transaction records.
• Dispute resolution.
• Platform integrity.

There is currently no self-service "delete my account" feature.

We will review and respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate operational and legal requirements.

12. Third-party service providers

SextingFinder currently relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate certain Platform functions.

These may include:

Database provider

MongoDB or a MongoDB-compatible database service may be used to store account, profile, moderation, credit, and other Platform data described in this Privacy Policy.

Object storage provider

An S3-compatible object storage provider is used to store uploaded profile images and other applicable media.

These service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their infrastructure and services.

We do not currently sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

13. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including database and object-storage providers.

We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law.
• Respond to a valid legal request.
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the Platform, or others.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.
• Prevent illegal or harmful activity.

Public profile information is intentionally made available to visitors because public profile discovery is a core function of the Platform.

SextingFinder is an 18+ adult-only Platform.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under the required age, we may remove the account and associated content.

Profiles may contain usernames, links, or references to third-party messaging services such as Kik, Snapchat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other external platforms.

When you leave SextingFinder and use a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy and terms apply.

SextingFinder does not control the privacy practices, security, data collection, or policies of third-party services.

You should review the privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.

17. International users

SextingFinder may be accessible from different countries and jurisdictions.

Privacy and data-protection laws vary between jurisdictions.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed and stored using service providers and infrastructure that may be located in jurisdictions different from your own.
